Updating old mac operating system - professional dating service nz
i Live is a uniquely flexible digital mixing system.By putting the DSP and audio in the Mix Rack we have opened up a whole world of control and networking possibilities.
Make sure you update all your i Live systems and x DR-16 expanders to the latest version of firmware available here.
Most modular i Live and all fixed format T and R Series Surfaces are fitted with the faster 1.5GHz SBC.
If you attempt to update a 1GHz system to V1.7 or later the firmware will load but an ‘Invalid Firmware Version’ screen will appear after the update.
If you cannot update your Mix Rack and you do not have access to a Surface, please contact your distributor or contact Technical Support at [email protected] assistance Note – For users updating from V1.43 or earlier Updating your system to V1.5 or higher will reset the IP network addresses of the Surface and Mix Rack.
If your system has non standard IP addresses and is currently running 1.43 or lower, there is a small chance that it will not connect.
For the i Live MIDI Protocol specifications please see here.
Notes on old hardware and firmware versions IF YOU ARE UPDATING FROM V1.8 OR EARLIER READ FIRST: Do not update Mix Pad and Tweak until you have firmware V1.9 running on your i Live.Note – V1.72 fixed an error with Sidechain settings. It auto updates the settings in old Scenes when they are recalled which can increase recall time.If it is affected the Mix Rack can be updated via a connection to any surface in the normal way.Once a Mix Rack has been updated via a surface it will be able to be updated using i Live Editor in the future. You can restore the previous version V1.54 from this screen.
